State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2017)5 SCC 383, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Siwan (respondent No. 6) to examine the petitioner's case in the light of principle, laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar (supra) and take final decision within a maximum period of 60 days from
