Petitioner was caught by the informant and others when he along with other accused, went at the house of the informant and made attempt to assault him but on the alarm, raised by the informant, villagers assembled and chased the petitioner and others. The petitioner fell from motorcycle as a result of thereof, he sustained injury and subsequently, caught by the villagers along with country-made pistol.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40386 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey or his successor, Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Hajipur, Vaishali.
