The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/401/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

From the room of the petitioner, three live cartridges and three SIMs were recovered and for that petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S.
