Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The wife of the petitioner happens to be own sister of victim's father and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim's father was suffering from cancer and prior to the alleged occurrence victim's father requested the petitioner and his wife to get the marriage of the daughter solemnized and after that petitioner got solemnized the marriage of his daughter with one person but the victim did not like that person resulting institution of the present case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38391 of 2015 (4) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No. 152 of 2013.
