=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State, Bihar Public Service Commission and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of the publication made in the daily newspaper dated 14.05.2016 relating to Advertisement No. 06 of 2016 for appointment of Lecturers in training colleges through Limited Competitive Examination to the extent that the contractual teachers be excluded from such examination.

3. From the counter affidavits filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12005 of 2016 dt.20-06-2017 2/2 State as well as the Bihar Public Service Commission, it transpires that the persons who have been allowed to take part in the said Limited Competitive Examination are only those who are regular Government teachers and not persons who had been appointed as Shiksha Mitras and later on became Panchayat/Block/Nagar Teachers employed on contractual basis.

4. In view of the aforesaid clarification, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ application and accordingly the same stands disposed off.
