Petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 717 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 50 liters of Mahua Wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two
