2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 03.05.2025, all the named accused persons including these petitioners came and abused informant and on protest, they assaulted informant, her husband & son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S.
