Taking into consideration that though the petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, none has sustained injury, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 830 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.
