2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"That this Writ petition is being filed in the nature of mandamus commanding over the respondents authorities to make payment of the Award amount which is being awarded in the form of compensation due to land acquired by the respondents and further to compensate the loss inflicted by the respondents to the petitioners by not paying the amount or due to delay in payment of the same."

3. The matter was taken up on 22.04.2025 when the petitioner wanted adjournment and as such, it was to be listed on 17.06.2025.
