2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"A writ in the nature of "Mandamus" or any other appropriate writ / writs, order or orders, directions commanding the respondents for the following:- To pay the compensation @ 22,000/- 32,000/- X 4 per decimal which is the Circle rate of the land acquired by the Govt. authority for commercial / homestead lands and also pay compensation @ 5500/- X 4 per decimal for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12319 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 agricultural land.

To pay the comperisation @ 22,000/- 32,000/- X 4 for the area 13 decimal for the area 18 decimal which are the commercial land agricultural land respectively.

To pay the adequate compensation after considering the Actual value of the land and its class / categories.

To any other relief / reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for and the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

3. A decision has been taken by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur at Ara relating to the construction of State Highway 81 (Sakkadi-Nasriganj Road) and the counteraffidavit filed records the said fact.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the State submits that if he has still some grievance, he will have to approach the competent authority/Court for its redressal.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court.

6. Granting said liberty and with an observation that if such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the authority shall
