2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has got married to the petitioner.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran, Chapra /concerned Court below in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024.
