The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 354, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(xi) of the SC/ST Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have tried to kidnap the victim, but the villagers on alarm came and the petitioner could not succeed. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015. Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than 31⁄2 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Basnahi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015.
