In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Chief Engineer, Sone Canal Division, Rohtas to operationalize the channel of Paharipur Mauza located in between Yogiyan bridge and Khakhrahi bridge of Amarpur Up-Bitarni canal in Dinara block of Rohtas District so that the irrigation of agricultural land in nearby area may be carried for better harvesting.

Several representations vide Annexures 1, 2 and 3 had also been filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Respondent No.3 i.e. Chief Engineer, Sone Canal Division, Rohtas, so that

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
