JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the appellate authority constituted vide notification dated 29.02.2008 by the State Government under Section 20 (6) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.831 of 2018(12) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority in accordance with law.
