Learned counsel for the petitioners placing reliance on the order dated 3.3.2017, passed in CWJC No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases, as contained in Annexure-5 submitted that this case is covered by the aforesaid decision and as such the writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12504 of 2017(2) dt.14-03-2018 3/3 disposed of in the light of the judgment of the co-ordinate Bench dated 3.3.2017 passed in CWJC No. 384 of 2017. The respondents are directed to extend the same benefit to the petitioners of these cases if their case is similar to the case of petitioners of CWJC No. 384 of 2017 as the order of the writ court has been affirmed by the LPA Bench in LPA No. 1047 of 2017.
Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
