Petitioner has filed present writ application against the order dated 04.01.2012 passed by the District Employment Appellate Tribunal, Purnea.

Considering the fact, the petitioner has remedy to file appeal before State Appellate Authority, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate

In case, the petitioner files appeal before the State Appellate Authority, the State Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in filing the appeal, if the appeal is filed within a period of one month from today alongwith the copy of this order.
