The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. In this case 100 litres spirit was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.12.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
