2. The petitioner is aggrieved due to non-payment of dues of arrears of salary and the revised salary.

3. In this regard, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 submitting therein that the pension of the petitioner has been fixed with admissible D.R. with effect from 01.04.2021 and the Medical Allowance @ Rs.1,000/- per month is already being paid to the petitioner.

4. In paragraph no.5 of the counter affidavit, it has been accepted that payment of the gratuity amounting to Rs.20,00,000/- along with earned leave for 227 days amounting

Patna High Court CWJC No.11458 of 2021(3) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 to Rs.19,08,041/- has been paid to the petitioner and the final settlement of the P.F. Account is awaited but the action has been taken for making payment of the same. Compound interest on Group Insurance amount has also been paid. Other grievances of the petitioner have also been redressed or are to be redressed expeditiously.

5. Considering the aforesaid information, the present writ petition is disposed of and the petitioner, if at all aggrieved on account of non-payment of any dues, he, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law expeditiously.

6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
