2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No.385 of 2023 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that petitioners have assaulted the informant'side by lathi and danda due to which injury took place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He

No.11100 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 submits that the alleged dispute took place just for cutting grass only which transpires from the F.I.R. and there is nothing specific against the present petitioners. He submits that there is act or overt act against the petitioners.

5. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2023 having clean antecedent and petitioners are lady. He submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IIIrd, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No.385 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
