JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one Dilip Mahto are said to have assaulted the deceased by Farsa causing fracture injury on the left leg of the deceased but the post mortem report of the deceased reveals that deceased sustained only one injury on his left leg said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. The alleged occurrence took place on account of previous enmity. The investigation of the case has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 23.03.2015 and also the submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
