JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of pick-pocketing Rs. 25,000/- of the informant, however, he was apprehended and there was recovery of Rs. 22,000/- from him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and he has been in custody since 18.07.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9011 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class,l Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below and with further subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the Officer-in-Charge of the police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his activities during that period and during that period, if petitioner's involvement is found in any other serious nature of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
