JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 As far as the outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner are concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the gratuity amount, all the outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid on account of passing of various orders by this Court.
As far as the gratuity amount is concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has submitted that
Patna High Court CWJC No.13110 of 2017(5) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 authority slip for payment of the gratuity amount has already been issued on 30th March, 2019, whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs. 26,919/- is payable to the petitioner herein and for payment of the same, the Treasury Officer, Samastipur has been authorized.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for consideration, hence the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with a direction the Treasury Officer, Samastipur to make payment of the outstanding gratuity amount within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the said Treasury Officer shall not draw his salary.
