JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for enforcement of the order dated 9.9.2019, passed by the Circle Officer, Hulasganj, Jehanabad, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 4/20192020. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Hulasganj, Jehanabad, to take the consequential action, in pursuance to the final order dated 9.9.2019, passed by him, in accordance with law and in case, no appeal has been filed against the same as also in case, the same has not been annulled by any higher forum or court of law. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
