Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners committed murder of the daughter of the informant.

Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is sister-in-law (Gotni), petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and petitioner no.4 is second wife of the husband of the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is in custody. They are separate in mess and business. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in Pakribarawan P.S.
