2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 14.6. 2017 passed by respondent Collector Complain Additional Cum District Public Redressal Officer in Complain bearing registration No. 426110108041700379 filed by the Complainant
Patna High Court CWJC No.11680 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 petitioner whereby and where under the complaint filed by the Complainant/ petitioner has been rejected whereby complainant/petitioner was prayed for payment of Compensation against the land which has been acquired by the respondent authority for construction of protection wall which is land of the petitioner and respondent authority has rejected the claim of the petitioner only on that the road alignment is very old transferred from P.W.D. Sheikhpura.
(ii) Further for quashing the order dated 14.6. 17 passed by the respondent Executive Engineer Contained in his Letter No. 539 dated 14.6. 17 whereby respondent Executive Engineer has been please to reject the claim of payment of compensation against the land acquired by the authority has been rejected.
(iii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing the respondent authority to pay the compensation against the land which has already been acquired by the authority concerned when Road was being Constructed by
Patna High Court CWJC No.11680 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 3/3 P.W. D. but at that time had petitioner no knowledge that the P.W. D. road is being constructed on his land rather he had a knowledge that P.W.D. road is being constructed as Govt /Public land but after measurement this fact has come in knowledge of petitioner that the P.W.D. road was constructed on his land without giving any compensation.
iv) Further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/ orders direction/ directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case for equitable Justice."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach appropriate authority/competent Court for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
