In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made against the petitioner of committing huge bungling in establishing the solar light and has misappropriated an amount of Rs. 8,97,000/-.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature of offences as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5233 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the petitioner having criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
