The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Imadpur P. S. Case No. 95 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 379, 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused of having participated in the crime. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
