2. This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in nature the Commanding of MANDAMUS directing and the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer to pay the Compensation amount, because Khata No. 21 Khesra (plot) No. 28 area 0.08 acre and Khata No.21 Kheshra No.29 area 0.035 acre as well as Khata No. 457 Kheshra No.27 area 0.09 acre land has already been acquire by the State authority Under project of N.H. 82 4 lining which is purchased land in her named through sale deed dated 12.4.2005 23.10.2002, 16.2.2001 and 14.5.2001.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching respondent no. 3 (the Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada) in next four weeks for the redressal of the grievance.
4. The said liberty is granted. If the petitioners prefer an appropriate petition along with supporting documents in next four weeks before the concerned respondent, he shall be duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion in next four months.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
