I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner on the grounds mentioned in order dated 28.01.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 430 of 2010 and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 111 of 2008 arising out of Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2008 pending in the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected. However, the concerned court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from today, failing which the concerned court shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two
