The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party (Atul Kumar Sinha), who has filed this application for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 1377 of 2019 from the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court At Begusarai.

The petitioner is a young lady dependent upon her old and ailing parents. It is causing much inconvenience to her to travel to Patna from Begusarai to contest the matrimonial case. Considering the facts of the case, the Matrimonial Case No. 1377 of 2019 is directed to be transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai.

Patna High Court MJC No.636 of 2021(5) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai, the Principal Judge, Begusarai will issue notice to both the parties and thereafter, the proceeding will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna and Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai for its compliance.

With the aforesaid observation and directions, this application is allowed.
