2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366 (A), 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of the marriage. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that this petitioner took her to Surat where this petitioner along with other co-accused persons tried to sexually assault her. 4.Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest
