JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is the prosecution case that one day prior to the alleged occurrence, a quarrel had taken place between petitioner and other inmates of the jail and after that petitioner and co-accused, Sheru Singh were lodged in Special Cell of the jail and they had given threatening of dire consequences to the deceased who happened to be jail warden.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37736 of 2014 (7) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected. However, the trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner.
