The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1673 of 2019 arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 13.5 ltrs of Nepali Wine was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
