2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In a case of murder, the petitioner is the order-giver. He is in jail since 09.08.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11257 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J., 13th Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
