The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013 registered under section 304(B) And other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Mankhus Chaudhary four months ago. Mankhus Chaudhary demanded different articles and all the accused persons sprinkled Kerosene Oil and burnt her to death. It is submitted that the petitioner is not an eye witness to the occurrence. The deceased was earlier married with the elder son of the petitioner. The deceased again married with the younger son of the petitioner after death of her husband. There is no question of demand of dowry and torture.

No.37955 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is in jail since 06.03.2014, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013.
