Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 17.01.2020, seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 07 of 2020 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 8(b)(c)/20(a)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Without going into the merits of the case, considering the total recovery of marijuana (Ganja) which has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner is more than commercial quantity and the same has been confirmed by the F.S.L report submitted by the Director, Forensic Science

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18117 of 2021(10) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Laboratory, Government of Bihar, Patna vide letter dated 30.12.2021, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of twelve months. If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
