Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that with the passage of time, the issue has lost its force and as such he will be contended if he is allowed to represent before the respondent authorities to make claim for compensation as the lease period was cancelled without any notice to him even before the settlement could have come to an end for the period 2017-2018.
