The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Krishna Chauhan. Save and except the confession the police did not collect any tangible material. Krishna Chauhan has already been enlarged on bail. Other accused persons Balister Gore and Kanhaiya Prasad have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
