The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.491 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 30(a)m 38(i)(ii) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32308 of 2021 by which similarly situated co-accused Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Prasad has been granted anticipatory by a coordinate Bench of this Court with certain conditions.

Petitioner has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7037 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/3 (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) in Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna, bearing Account No. 1413010060836, IFSC Code: PUNB141320, Punjab National Bank, Bar council Branch, Patna For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32308 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed on the same terms and conditions as mentioned therein.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.491 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to further conditions that

(1) One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, brother, sister and/or his wife.

(2) The petitioner shall not indulge himself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted by
