The petitioner seeks bail in (Darbhanga) Sadar P.S. Case No. 140/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 328, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The passenger was intoxicated and his belongings were taken away. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar. No stolen article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39456 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with (Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 140/2015.
