2. Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount of 26 lakh to petitioner against the loss caused to him on account of demolition of his poultry farm on the plot of land acquired by the respondents.

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4268 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 this regard, he has already filed an application on 24.12.2019 vide annexure-3 of the writ petition before the Deputy Collector Land reforms, Gaya (respondent No. 3) who is the competent authority to look into the matter.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let respondent No. 3 (D. C L. R., Gaya) dispose of the application of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 5 . Thus, writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
