The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 364 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested along with other accused persons in a vehicle and arms and ammunition was recovered. For recovery of arms and explosives a separate case was lodged. It is alleged that the petitioner was hatching a conspiracy to kidnap, but no material has been collected to say that the petitioner and others were interlinked in kidnapping of anyone. Co-accused Bablu Ram has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27220 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39259 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S.
