JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 At the very outset, learned A.C. to Additional Advocate General No. 3 submits that order of the writ court has already been complied and this fact has been stated in the show- cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3 and 4 on 6th February, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission, but he raises objection that time bound promotion has not been correctly given.

The Court is of the opinion that in contempt jurisdiction it would be difficult for this Court to examine those disputes. If

Patna High Court MJC No.2332 of 2017(5) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 petitioner feels aggrieved with the decision, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
