The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 18.05.2021, due to land dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused including these petitioners abused and assaulted the informant and his family members, as a result of which, three persons sustained injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case because of land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8104 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 sustained by the informant are simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka / concerned court in connection with Dhoriaiya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
