The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by her brother-in-law and his two sons on account of family land dispute and they hurriedly cremated her dead body. It is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. During course of investigation, some of the witnesses have stated about the occurrence but they are not eye witness to the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rambilas Mukhiya, who happens to be the fathers of the petitioners, has

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.
