The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Karan Pandey alias Bhuwar Pandey and Ramesh Singh are alleged to have been cutting the neck of Shyam Narayan Pandit. On alarm, petitioner fled away.

From the perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2), it appears that Shyam Narayan Pandit got one sharp cutting wound over the neck 6" x 1/4 skin and subcutaneous deep. Injury is simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39426 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 P2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S.
