The petitioner seeks bail in Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case no. 74/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) Excise Act, 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

The petitioner was running a shop. He was apprehended and 24 bottles of Mc. Dowells Rum each containing 180 ml., Whisky weighing about six litres, 5 bottles of Beer each containing 650ml and 300gm ganja were recovered from the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 74/2015.
