The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that her daughter was killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner has no manner of concern with family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. S. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna City, Patna in By Pass P.S. Case No. 32/2015.
