The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 678 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched the mobile of the informant when she was going to temple for offering prayers. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.9.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.6807 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 29.9.2018, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 678 of 2018.
