The petitioner seeks bail in Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 06/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested along with other accused persons. From the possession of the petitioner arms and ammunitions were recovered. He is in jail since 02.02.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
